Yarishna Ayala Fitness LLC – Shipping Policy 

We ship worldwide using USPS and UPS. 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding  holidays). 

Estimated Delivery Times 

• United States: 3–7 business days 
• International: 7–21 business days 

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping Costs 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

We currently do not offer free shipping. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These  charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Yarishna Ayala Fitness LLC is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or  incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. 

If an order has already been shipped, the customer must contact the carrier directly  to request any changes. Additional fees may apply. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer did not receive it, we  will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Carrier investigations may take 15–30 business days. 

 REFUND & RETURN POLICY – SUPPLEMENTS 

Returns 

We accept returns only for unopened products within 30 days of delivery, and only  in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects 
• Incorrect item shipped by our team 

Requirements for Return Requests 

To request a return, customers must provide: 

• Proof of purchase 
• Order number from our website 
• Photos or videos of the product and packaging 

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible  for return. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. 

We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery (COD). 

Refunds 

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer  whether the refund is approved or rejected. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15–30  business days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Flavor Disclaimer 

We do not offer refunds or returns based on flavor preference, as taste is subjective. 

 COACHING & CHALLENGES POLICY 

All coaching programs, personalized plans, and challenges are non-refundable. Due to the digital and customized nature of these services: 

• No refunds will be issued once the plan has been delivered 
• Missed sessions are non-refundable

 DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY 

All digital products (including PDF plans, training guides, and downloadable content)  are non-refundable once the purchase is confirmed and the product has been  delivered.
