REFUND POLICY – YARISHNA AYALA FITNESS LLC

At Yarishna Ayala Fitness LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality digital services and physical products. By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

Our coaching programs, challenges, training plans, and nutrition plans are classified as digital products. Access to these materials is delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase and is sent immediately once the payment has been successfully completed. In the case of challenges, each program has a clearly defined start date and end date, which are specified in the product description. While access to the content is granted via email after purchase, the program itself is carried out within the stated timeframe.

Due to the digital nature of these services and the fact that access to the content is granted immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the material has been sent to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, lack of participation, program abandonment, scheduling conflicts, failure to achieve desired results, or pregnancy during the program. If a customer does not receive the access email, they must contact us within 48 hours of purchase so our team can verify the issue and resend the material if necessary.

Regarding physical products sold on our website, including supplements, waist trainers, and fitness accessories, return requests are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unused, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. For safety and hygiene reasons, supplements that have been opened cannot be returned. Replacements or resolutions will only be provided if the product has a verifiable manufacturing defect or if the customer received an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part.

For waist trainers, size exchanges are accepted as long as the item has not been used and remains in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs associated with voluntary returns or size exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where the request is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Yarishna Ayala Fitness LLC will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

To submit a claim related to digital access, order errors, defective products, or size exchanges, customers must contact our support team within the specified timeframes by emailing info@yarishnaayalafitness.com
, including their order number and photographic evidence when applicable. Each case will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with this policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product or after receiving a physical product in proper condition will be considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and access to the payment provider.
